Please read through our policies carefully, we're happy to answer your questions by email or telephone reply. We recommend booking "early in the season ahead" of your planned visit, especially if you desire a summer or fall rental, but PLEASE CONTACT US anytime about your preferred dates, there are always open dates or cancellations and we do want to accommodate you. Thanks! CURRENT TAX-INCLUDED RATES Nightly 140.00 Weekly 840.00 Two night minimum. Long-term reservation discounts (2 weeks or more) are substantial, please contact us for details. RETURNING GUESTS! Confirm a second visit within twelve months and take a 10% discount on the going rate!
Rates are for double occupancy maximum. Additional guests, add 15% per guest. There is a maximum of FOUR GUESTS total, plus infant(s) at no charge, please provide infant sleeping arrangements. Your deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your stay is required to confirm your reservation request. Confirmation of your reservation will be provided to you following receipt of your deposit. The balance is due at check-in. Payment may be made by PayPal, personal check or money order. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation prior to 21 days of your arrival date will result in a 50% refund of your deposit, balance dependent on our ability to rent the cottage for the cancelled dates at our discretion. Refunds for cancellations within 21 days are at our discretion. No refunds will be made for early departures. Please be aware that pets are not allowed in the Cottage or on the Cottage grounds, and tobacco products are not allowed inside the cottage. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in your stay being immediately canceled and your deposit forfeited. Thanks for your cooperation.
